As a WorldMark owner, you can choose from prime resort destinations around the corner or around the world. There are currently 50 WorldMark condominium resorts across the continental United States, Hawaii, Canada, Mexico and Fiji. Or select from nearly 1,900 resorts worldwide through our international exchange partner, Interval International. Drive or fly—the choice is yours.
Use: Vacation Credits, up to amont purchased, may be used for all nights and all seasons and at all Resorts on a space available basis but the number of credits required for accupancy will be based on factors such as the season, location, unit size and type, and dy of the week.
Issuance: Vacation credits are renewed annually throughout the term of the Ownership, at the beginning of Owner's anniversary year, in the total amont purchased by Owner.
Banking: carry-over credits, Vacation credits which remain unused at the end of each anniversary year will automatically carry over for use diring the following year, and will expire at the end of that year. Use will be charged first against any carry-over Vacation Credits and then against the current year's credits. Credits might also be carried over for future use with an exchange organization.
Bawwowing furere credits:, Owner may use vacation credits one anniversay year in advance by borrowing against the following years assignment of credits if Owner has paid his or her Club dues for the following year.
Bonus Time Prmier Owners may pruchase additional reserved time referred to as Bonus time. Conditions for purchase and use of Bonus time are determined by space availability and Club Guidelines (Rules), which are subject to change.
Duration of Ownership:
Premier Ownership is perpetual.
Standard Ownership expires 40 years after issuance.

Once you become a WorldMark owner, you will receive a hardcopy directory that includes the vacation credit requirements for every unit at every resort as well as information on resort amenities, local activities and seasonal attractions. WorldMark resorts are located in prime vacation destinations so you can participate in your favorite leisure activities, including fishing, skiing, boating, swimming, shopping, gambling, golfing, hiking and horseback riding.
How is WorldMark vacation ownership different than a typical timeshare program? WorldMark is a pure credit-based resort system that allows you to vacation where, when and how long you want. In contrast, a typical timeshare program requires you to purchase a specific unit in a specific resort for a specific period each year. With WorldMark, you have maximum flexibility.
Many other “point-based” systems are based on the traditional timeshare model. You must still purchase a specific unit in a specific resort for a specific period each year—usually a week. That week is then converted to points to facilitate trades for time at other resorts. WorldMark ownership, however, isn’t tied to a specific size unit or resort. You can use your vacation credits at any of the 51 properties in the WorldMark network. And, if you choose, you can join an external exchange company like Resort Interval International (II) to expand your vacation options around the world. Trendwest purchases your first year’s membership in Interval International as a thank-you for joining WorldMark.
