Owned Week

Your owned week is your regularly scheduled vacation time.

In-house Exchange

The Silverleaf In-house Exchange Program allows you to exchange your vacation week to another week within your color time, or a lesser color time, based on availability. You may also exchange your vacation week to another resort. Applicable exchange fees apply. .

Bonus Time

Perhaps a day or two away to "catch your breath" is all you need. Through the Bonus Time program, Silverleaf's flexible scheduling can accommodate your special vacation needs. Bonus Time is available to the two primary owners on a per-unit-week owned basis.

Country Club Amenities

You're always welcome to visit your home resort or another resort during the day and use the many country club amenities available to you as an owner. Amenity usage may be limited during peak seasons. You are limited to 10 people per day, per-unit-week owned.

In-house Exchange Program

Silverleaf offers an In-house Exchange Program for those owners who are unable to take their week at the scheduled time or who wish to experience their vacation week at any one of the other participating Silverleaf resorts. Applicable exchange fees apply.

To take advantage of this program, simply call our toll-free reservation number.

You can book your exchange up to one year in advance, based on availability.

Deposits for confirmed in-house exchange reservations must be made 30 days prior to the start of your normal week, but can be deposited up to a year in advance.

Day Usage

Country Club Enjoyment

Silverleaf owners have day use privileges at all Silverleaf resorts through a country-club membership which allow them to use the amenities even though they do not have over-night reservations (limited to 10 people per day, per unit--week owned).

Owners must check in at the front desk upon arrival at the resort. Their accounts must be current before using the amenities. Some of the amenities, such as golf and boating, require reservations and may require fees or deposits. Please call the resort in advance of your arrival to make these reservations. Amenity usage may be limited during peak seasons and fees are subject to change without notice.

Presidential Suites

Welcome to Silverleaf's Presidential Suites. These select accommodations are located in the most desirable settings, in upscale locations with waterfront or golf course views, and are found at many of the Lodge Getaway and Club Destination resorts. As you step into a new Presidential Suite you will be delighted with your professionally decorated interiors, larger living spaces, and more conveniences - like washers and dryers - a standard in all Presidential Suites.

As a Presidential Suites owner, you can surround yourself in a luxurious vacation suite that is sure to provide a perfect vacation respite.

Whether you become a Lodge Getaway or Club Destination resort owner, the In-house Exchange Program and Bonus Time Program privileges have now been enhanced by providing access to richly appointed, larger accommodations available only to Presidential Suites owners. You can choose the most exclusive program Silverleaf offers, because only Presidential Suites owners can access the In-House Exchange Program and the Bonus Time Program in other Presidential Suites. Of course you may also use the In-House Exchange Program and the Bonus Time Program at any Lodge Getaway resort.
